Nordic Christmas Stocking and Cut Files
One of my favorite trends this year is a Nordic aesthetic. The fun repeating patterns with beautiful shapes makes me all happy inside! If you are looking to add some of these fun and whimsical shapes to your decorations here are a few files to get you started. Here is a Nordic Christmas stocking and cute matching ram cut file.
Nordic Christmas Stocking and Cut Files
Stocking Supplies:
White Fabric
Instructions:
Use the cut file to cut four pieces of white fabric. In Cricut design space copy the image and flip it so you cut one that faces left and one that faces right. Cut two of each.
Sew the stockings together using the same method described in this faux fur stocking post. Cut a strip to use as the tab to hang the stocking and attach it when closing the top seam of the stocking.
Then cut the detailing onto the heat transfer vinyl. Be sure to mirror the image.
Iron the image onto the front of the stocking. I like to use my EasyPress for the heat transfer.
More Fun:
The great thing about the Cricut and SVG files is that they are really versatile.
Try using a pen and draw the image onto wrapping paper!
Here is another fun file to play around with. Ram SVG File.
This one can be used as an appliqué, with vinyl, or even just printed as decor.
