Once you have designed your file use your brayer to place the leather smooth side up on your cutting mat. I used the green mat. If your green mat is not sticky enough you can use a heavy grip mat.
Cut the design from the leather and then cut the detailing from the adhesive vinyl.
Use the brayer to smooth the vinyl onto the circle. The brayer is perfect for this because there are no rough edges. The edges of your scraper could mar or scratch the leather so I don’t recommend using the scraper with the leather.
Use your pliers to open the earrings and then add the leather circles to the earring dangles. Then close the earrings again using your pliers.
You can also easily use your phone or tablet to make these earrings using the Design Space app. Check out some of my tips for using the app HERE.
