Love Your Neighbor Free Cut Files

The world has gone completely crazy in the past few weeks! We need each other now more than ever! I have created two fun cut files to help you scratch your craft itch in this crazy time!

I recommend using your Cricut Explore Air 2 for these files. This is my favorite machine and it is so easy to use! Learn more about it HERE, and grab one HERE. You can find the sweatshirt used in the photos and the live video HERE.

Cut File Tips

  • This is an SVG. To open it with Cricut simply download the file and then add it in Cricut Design Space. It  will only open in Cricut Design Space and will not open on your computer unless you are using a design software like Adobe Illustrator.
  • For Silhouette users you can open this in the upgraded version of Silhouette’s design software. It will not open in the basic silhouette software.
  • This cut file has small sections. I recommend that you cut it no smaller than 6″ wide.
  • In Cricut you can remove the stacked portion of the file by adding squares over the extra writing and then using the slice tool.

Vinyl Tips

  • For these images I used a rainbow heat transfer vinyl from Happy Crafters. You can find it HERE.
  • Happy Crafters heat transfer vinyl is not the same as most HTV in that you don’t have to mirror the image. You cut on the front of the vinyl and then use THIS heat mask to transfer the vinyl. This is very much like transfer tape, but it is also heat resistant so you can iron directly onto the mask.
  • For traditional HTV be sure to mirror your image before cutting.
