Ice Cream Cone Paper Piecing Tutorial

Supplies:

Ice Cream Paper Piecing Pattern

Paper to print the template

Scraps of fabrics in four different colours

Sewing machine

Basic sewing supplies

Instructions:

I couldn’t resist using my bright raspberry and pink fabrics to create this soft serve swirl – raspberry ripple flavor – yum! Print the pattern listed above off and follow the tutorial below to create this scrummy summer foundation pieced block.

To start cut out all the shapes, along the seam allowance line. Choose your fabrics, as this is made up of small pieces of fabrics, it’s a great way to use up all your scraps. I then color coordinated all the pieces.
