At first I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to figure out zippers even with your tutorial. But I am happy to say that I successfully made the simple zipper pouch in this post. Not perfect but definitely successful. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for sharing. I wanted to verify I was using my zipper foot properly. And I now realize to MOVE the top of the zipper out of the way. (I knew there had to be an easier way!)

Thanks for the instructions. I certainly do sew pillowcases for almost everyone I know. Grandsons, sisters, mom and me! When I first learned to make them several years ago, I love to sew them. There is so many faric choices for every occasion and holiday, especially grandsons birthdays Again, thanks again.

I also use numbered totes for my supplies.
I also store my craft magazines in totes (by name and in date order). I cut out the index pages and store them in notebooks with dividers showing the magazine name. Also I highlight any patterns, articles I am really interested in so I can find them quickly.
