Lisa, my hosting company was having some technical issues yesterday! Things were having a really hard time loading! I think they have fixed the problem and it is running faster now! If you still have trouble loading the videos you can click on the name of the tool and it will take you to the amazon listing where you can see pictures!!! I hope that helps 🙂 Have a wonderful day!!
