Succulents are all the rage. I absolutely love them and all the projects that this trend has sparked! I have put together a fun collection of sewing tutorials that involve succulents. These patterns are for sewing, embroidery, and cross stitch. I love looking on Etsy for all the fun patterns because I think people are so creative and I love supporting small business people just like myself! I love this embroidery pattern. It has the feel of a fun sampler and it uses lots of beautiful embroidery stitches to make a stunning finished piece! This would make a wonderful gift for the succulent gardener in your life.
Felt Cactus
This sewing pattern is seriously adorable! I love that it looks so real but is so much softer than the real thing! You know I love working with felt so this pattern certainly speaks to me! This would be fun in a crazy color too, imagine a bright pink cactus pincushion!
Succulent Cross Stitch
This cross stitch pattern is SO fun! I like cross stitch because there really aren’t many stitches to learn and I can put it down and pick it up whenever I feel like it without losing my spot. I really can’t decide which of these fun succulents is my favorite, what is yours?

This sewing pattern is so fun! I never thought to put plants in a fabric container! Check out the pattern and explanation to see how she uses these bins for her plants. The appliqués are so fun and I want to run to my machine and make these right now.
Cactus Cross Stitch
OMG! I love this bright and fun cross stitch pattern. I just adore the fun and festive colors in this cross stitch. I love when people think outside the box and add something fun and unique to a trend. Can we also just talk for a second about how they’ve wrapped the embroidery hoop in floss? How have I never thought to do that?
Felt Succulents and Flowers
This sewing pattern is actually for a crown but I love all the different succulents and flowers in the pattern. Plus I know lots of little girls (and big ones) who would love a sweet felt flower and succulent crown am I right? This would make a great dress up accessory. Or use them for photo props for your little one’s in your next family photo shoot.

I love this little cactus quilt block. It reminds me of the fun cactus wall hanging I made a while back. It has a fun patchwork scrappy feel to it which is my favorite! I have so many fun fabrics that I could use for this cute little cactus.
